Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be persuasive and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain company products/services and convince prospects to take action.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
